PM Awas Urban 2.0 Apply Online 2025: Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Registration & Survey

The central government of India launched PM Awas Urban 2.0, and urban citizens can apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2025 to get affordable houses for their families. Individual EWS, LIG, and MIG families can benefit from this scheme.

How to PM Awas Urban 2025 Online?

First of all, you have to check your eligibility before applying for PM Awas Urban 2025 because it's important that you meet any one of the criteria shown above. Let's know how to check the eligibility online. Follow the below steps to do this.

Step 1. First of all, you have to visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2.0. Please click the below link to visit the direct website: https://pmaymis.gov.in/PMAYMIS2_2024/PmayDefault.aspx

After visiting the website, you can see the “Apply for PMAY-U 2.0” option in the menu bar at the top.

Step 2. After opening the page, you can see the complete instructions for the user before they try to apply. The page has major information that every applicant needs to know. This page also has the eligible criteria for individuals or families. Scroll down the page and click the “Click to Proceed” button. 

Step 3. After clicking on the “click to proceed” button, another page will open in front of you. This page provides the document required for this scheme. Any new applicant must have these documents to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2.0. Please read this document list and collect all the documents properly. Now scroll down the page and click on the “Proceed” button.

Step 4. Now on this page, you have to check your eligibility for this scheme. First, you have to select your state, then enter the household annual income in rupees (annual income). After that, select a mission component in that category you are suitable for this scheme.

Now select one option yes or no that you own a pucca house anywhere in India; after that, select yes or no that you have been getting benefits under any housing scheme of the Central or state government in the past 20 years. Now click on the “Eligibility Check” button.

Step 5. After verifying and passing the eligible checking process, now you have to verify your Aadhar authentication. On this page, enter your Aadhaar number and name as per the Aadhar card.

Now select the checkbox “Click here to indicate that you have read and agree to share Aadhaar.” And click on the "Generate OTP" button.

Step 6. After clicking on the generate OTP button, you have received OTP on the registered mobile number that links to the Aadhar card.

Please enter the OTP correctly and click on the submit button to open the next page.

Step 7. After submitting your OTP and verifying your Aadhar card, another page will open in front of you called the beneficiary survey form for all verticals of Pradhanmantri Aawas Yojana Urban 2.0. On this page, you have to see 5 different forms. You have to feel all the forms one by one.

First form Personal details: In this form, you have to fill in the personal details of the applicant, such as the name of the applicant, Aadhar number that was already entered, PAN number, date of birth, mobile number, gender, and other personal information.

Second-form family member details: in this form, you have to feel every family member's details one by one. Fill in the member's name, date of birth, select relation, gender, Aadhar number, and occupation.

If you have more members, click on the “add” link available on the right side of the form. After entering all family member's details, click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Third form household details: In the section you have to give some information about the household, like household category, is the family owns a pucca house anywhere in India, average annual household income in rupees, upload an income certificate scan copy, select several years of stay in the present city or town, and house ownership that you live in right now on rent or own house or no house. After giving all the details, click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Fourth form address details: In this form, you have to enter the present address and contact details as well as the permanent address. If you live at the same address, then you can tick the same as the present address checkbox. Enter your complete address and click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Fifth form bank details: In this form, you have to enter your bank details like your bank account number, re-type the bank account number to confirm, and bank IFSC code. disclaimer checkbox and click on the “Final Save” button.

Step 8. After you complete filling up the phone, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen. This message will show you that your application has been successfully forwarded to the concerned, along with the city district and state name.

In this successful message, you also see your application ID. Please note down the application ID for future reference; it will help you to check your application status in the future.

On the bottom, you can see a "Print" button Click on this button to print this acknowledgment as approve that use applying for Pradhanmantri Aawas Yojana Urban 2.0.
